For me, a mother of two little kids, online pilates is an ideal option to invest in myself, to stop and stretch out. Because of the variety of courses offered, I can choose the length of my exercise time and whatever I feel I need right then, whatever I need to stretch or strengthen. Thanks to Misha, I found out how to get out of bed properly and that it is not good to put my weight on one leg. My back rarely ever hurts anymore. And since I’ve only changed getting out of bed (even though I’m still getting used to it), I’m being conscious about not putting weight on one of my legs more and walking more upright, that’s probably what has been helping me the most. After exercising I feel that my body is wonderfully stretched and I feel very refreshed.

She patiently and kindly explains each exercise and tells us what to focus on, so that an older person like me will understand. The setting of each lesson is warm, beautiful, and peaceful, which makes exercising very pleasant. But the most important part about the lessons is that they actually work.
After searching for a long time I finally found these incredibly effective exercises that help me with my hip pain, cervical spine, and shoulders. It is worth finding a short moment every day and going through the lesson slowly and precisely with Míša. When I really don’t have time, or when I don’t feel well, I only choose a 10-minute lesson and even that helps a lot. Thank you Smart Move Pilates. I’m really excited about these video lessons.
What I enjoy about Smart Move Pilates is that I can exercise anytime and basically anywhere. I always choose how long I want to exercise and which area I want to work out. Smart Move Pilates also helps me a lot with my back pain when I’m not neglecting to do it regularly and exercise at least briefly every day. When I do this, my back doesn’t bother me at all.
I have been doing Pilates for about 3 years and I am excited. I never want to stop. I exercise twice a week, even though I work a lot physically!
